Antonov is a world-class Ukrainian aircraft manufacturer with a full cycle of creating a modern aircraft - from pre-design research to construction, testing, certification, serial production and after-sales service.
TASK
– Creating a corporate website that meets modern standards, strengthens the brand while maintaining its traditions;
– Developing a customer support portal.
PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS
The target audience:
– state and private aviation companies;
– government agencies;
– private users.
- The website has the following functions:
- • providing users with information on the activities of the company and its divisions;
- • technical information and operational documentation for each type of aircraft;
- • providing information on aircraft modernization;
- • information on after-sales and warranty service for customers;
- • information about all the services provided by the company;
- • information about the air transport division of ANTONOV;
- • implementation of feedback with the Information Center;
- • providing contact information;
- • publication and distribution of news about the company, its achievements, new developments;
- • providing feedback with potential clients and owners of aircraft;
- • providing users of the site with information on current and prospective projects.

- The website structure and its interface are user-friendly. From the first screen, the main page reveals the strong points of the brand. We used the updated corporate colors of the enterprise. The website has a "mega menu" with dropdown lists for each category. Responsive design ensures the correct display of pages on various devices and dynamically adjusts to the specified dimensions of the browser window.

Development of a customer support portal
- The main goal of the development and implementation of the portal is to create a tool for effective management of business processes for complex after-sales services. The advanced functionality of the portal meets the standards of the world's leading airlines. Customers are provided with prompt communication with the manufacturer and support, access to the necessary documentation, statistical data, as well as ordering spare parts. The portal provides secure personalized access to information for various categories of users.
