Incools is a manufacturing company that develops and implements individual integrated projects for the storage of fruits and vegetables, and is aimed at outreaching and cooperating with foreign customers.
We conducted a deep analysis of the essence, goals and objectives for the future. We analyzed the market, identified the target audience, and worked out integrated brand positioning.
After a thorough systematization of information, we came to understanding that we should not start with the "packaging" of the business, but with the marketing strategy of the business.

- The key point was the development of a marketing strategy for 6 countries at this stage. for that, it was necessary to study Central Asia, the market and competitors of each country, to analyze and take into account its economy, demand and mentality.
